Texas oui oui

I’m not very sure why this was called a Texan sandvich, but it came from someone in France.
2 thick slices of ham, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, BBQ? (they told me it was BBQ, but I think they meant mustard) sandviched and grilled between 2 thick slices of French baguette!
