Leonardo Scarpone’s Italian Dagwood Sandvich

Bottom up: Lettuce and Honey Glazed Ham. 2nd Layer: Arugula and Mortadella. 3rd Layer: Home-made Mozzarella and Roasted Peppers. 4th Layer: Basil, Sopressata, Romaine Leaf, and Red Oonions. 5th Layer:Genoa Salami, Cucumbers, Grilled Eggplant, and Hot Cherry Peppers. 6th Layer: Tapenade, Speck, and Fontina. All sandviched between Focaccia bread in a large panini press, then topped with a Sun-dried Tomato and Basil leaf and doused in Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil
